  12. Hello,
  13.     I would like to set up a ppp link between a NeXTstation OS2.1 at
  14. home to the department's Sun network (should have been a NeXT network,
  15. but that's another story).  I was going to hammer out the details this
  16. semester, but, unfortunately, pressure from above regarding my
  17. dissertation has put such time consuming projects off to the side.
  18. (Ain't it always the case? :-)  
  19.     So... is there some very kind soul who can detail the steps
  20. necessary for setting up the connection?  If it is a lot of work to
  21. outline this then, obviously, never mind.  I have the latest (I think)
  22. version of ppp.  I also have all of the RFC's that I could find.
  23. Unfortunately, I haven't had time (and won't) to search through these.
  24. If someone has this I would be most appreciative.  (Maybe even name my
  25. next child (or pet) after you?  :-)  Otherwise, I stick with kermit.  (I
  26. haven't even had enough time to learn zmodem, et al.)
