  15. I've compiled the ray tracer Persistence of Vision at our NeXT lab here
  16. on campus, and the executable has this peculiar tendency to consistently
  17. crash 3 machines, and never the others (5).  They are all running under
  18. 2.1.  I suspect the machines and not the executable.  Does anyone have
  19. any ideas on what I could check to see if there are fixable differences
  20. in the machine configuration?
