  19. If you don't keep compiling the new versions of a palette into different  
  20. places, you'll only have one icon in the preferences panel which will be  
  21. the latest version you compiled.

  23. However, as someone else said, ~/.NeXT/defaults.nibd contains the defaults  
  24. that IB uses to fill this panel.  Editing the file will work.
