-
- Do you mean physical knobs, or software adjustments?
-
- Most color monitors I have dealt with do not have exposed color
- adjustment knobs, but all color monitors do have adjustment knobs
- somewhere, usually hidden inside the case. I don't recommend
- messing around with them yourself, but...
-
- If you mean software adjustment, then that is a problem with the
- application displaying the tiff. Doing color adjustments using
- Display PostScript is fairly trivial, given the ease with which
- transfer functions can be installed.
-
- NeXTSTEP 3.0 also has a way of adjusting the default CIE-based
- color space translations to RGB according to the ReadBook, 2nd ed.
- Check out /NextLibrary/PS2Resources/ColorRendering/NXCalibratedRGB,
- and the CIE chapters in the ne RedBook.
