  17. Get ImageViewer from the Archives (we've got it here at
  18. sonata).

  20. Install it in /LocalApps or your Apps directory and
  21. Update your Workspace (Command-u).

  23. Name your files to end in .gif.

  25. Double click on them and they'll show up on the screen!

  27. From there you can save them back out, but if you plan to do a
  28. lot of conversion, get something like PixelMagician
  29. (demo on sonata as well).
