  18. Not quite right.  Get more people using NeXTSTEP, and more apps will  
  19. be ported to it.  Undoubtedly having NS running on a variety of  
  20. platforms will help; but beyond the technical achievement of porting,  
  21. you also need the marketing achievement of getting people to use it.
