- The thief of the NeXTstation did not take several other things that
- were available, leading us to believe that he was interested in only
- hard disks and ram, or perhaps thought the NeXT was a PC.
- For one, he left Clay's CD player, NeXTprinter, and color monitor
- right where they were, as well as the keyboard and mouse. He did
- grab the external hard disk, as well as tempest's (an 030 next)
- CPU board and a disk laying near tempest, though he didn't grab
- the 40MB swap disk inside tempest, and he didn't grab the MO disk.
-
- Quite a bummer, Clay had a really nifty setup in there. Oh well.
-
- A sign hangs above Clay's desk, where his station used to reside:
-
- "To whoever stole my NeXT
- you better hope the police catch
- you before I do.
-
- With .45 hollow points
- to your kneecaps,
- --Clay"
-
- Seeing as how good a shot Clay is with his SKS, and
- as he manages the Glock 21 quite well, I'd advise the
- thief, if he is indeed reading this newsgroup, to return
- the NeXT to clay's desk. You've pissed off a lot of Clay's
- rather well-armed friends as well as Clay.
