  18.     No.  /usr/lib/atrun (which runs at) in the default crontab is only
  19. run every 15 minutes.  You can bump it up if you are root, however, since at
  20. allows users to run processes wehn they aren't logged in, it is oftend
  21. disabled on multi-user sites (the line in the crontab is commented out).
