TOWER 32 2.XX.XX releases had a patch developed that added a "-f" option to the cu command to enable/disable flow control. To the best of my knowledge this patch was not applied to the 1.03.XX platform. Your NCR USG (US Group) support organization should have the rel. 2.XX.XX patch. It is called "cu.flow".
