- I am the owner of my uncle's old MITS Altair 8800b.
- When I got it, it would boot-up occasionaly, but now
- is rather dead. I'd like to get it running to use for
- experimentation (it's got all those card slots)
-
- I have the computer, two complete 8" drives (I want to
- interface it to 5 1/4" drives), two incomplete 8" drives,
- and the terminal. I have very little documentation.
-
- I am looking for any information on this old beast.
- I really need technical info -- schematics, bus specs,
- operating sys software, switch settings, etc.
-
- I may also be interested in buying any old Altair parts.
