  14.    I was just asked by a colleague of mine if there was a way
  15. to change the color of the outline that appears whenever you
  16. move a window or an icon around on the desktop.

  18. ___I thought that the poutline wsa the inverse of the destop color at
  19. whatever point. The only way one could create an invisible poutline is by
  20. creating a 50% saturation of gray (tahus th einvers would also be 50%
  21. gray.) So I don't think there is a -color- of the outlines at all.
