- Actually, the Mac TCP DNR file is created the first time MacTCP is
- booted on a machine. The reason it is there is that some older MacTCP
- applications look in the system folder (instead of in the Control Panels
- folder) to find this code resource, and therefore, to avoid
- compatibility problems, Apple decided to have MacTCP create the DNR file
- in the system folder, so the code resource is both in the Control Panel
- (in the Control Panels folder), and in the DNR file in the System Folder.
