  14. Hi all.  I am trying to write a program that will manipulate a text
  15. file located on the hard disk in the Preferences folder by reading
  16. strings from it.  Does anybody have any sample code that does
  17. something along these lines?  I would really appreciate it.  I have
  18. never worked with files before.  Thanks a bunch.
