- Does anyone know if there is a bug in the System 7 finder which fouls
- up the font used to write the names of files and folders, both inside finder
- windows and on the desktop. I've encountered this problem on a Mac II ci (I
- don't remember what applications were running at the time and can't
- reproduce it) and now I have reports of a similar problem on a network of
- Classic II's and LC II's with all extensions turned off. They report it as a
- problem involving an application that I'm maintaining, but I can't find
- anywhere that the code writes to the SysFont global. I suspect a finder bug
- since it occurred on my machine at a time when the accused application was
- not running had not been run since startup. I would prefer responses to
- CDA0304@applelink.apple.com.
