  13. As a programming excercise, I am writing a small utility to send data out the  
  14. Mac serial port to a modem. I am wondering if there are any good public domain  
  15. examples and source code examples that would help me get started.

  17. Does this mean I have to write a serial driver? I need to set up communications  
  18. with a Hayes compatible modem, send dialing commands, etc. Any pointers would  
  19. be greatly appreciated.
