- The information in Inside Mac volume 6 is probably the extent of
- information that will be published. Some of the reasoning behind
- this is that the guts of the Power Manager change slightly (sometimes
- radically) from machine to machine. By providing more information,
- you'd be tempted to use it. Of course, you'd have to know which
- machines it was valid on, when it became obsolete, etc., and Apple
- would have to continually update its documentation. So, you see,
- it's just saving everyone many headaches... :)
