- Yes, Dinker was done by Apple ATG/East Coast for a special project. It was
- never the intention to state Dinker as an official dynamic linking
- system for MacOS.

- Versions are available on ETOs, the next ETO (#9) will have a totally
- revised version how to create shared library functions. Anyone who
- read my MADA Frameworks article, forget 50% of the techniques, they
- are revised (sigh), but it's actually now much easier to convert
- code to SLM use. For instance, you don't need to write special
- constructor/destructor .cp files.
