- Got a question about some different behavior I'm seeing with system 7.1. The
- formerly handy keys <command><left-arrow> and <command><right-arrow> behave
- very differently. These guys are what I continually used to zip to beginning
- and end of line while in the MPW editor, but now they don't even seem to
- generate events when they're pressed (or rather, something in the system is
- gobbling up those events). I've managed to set up some QuicKeys that have
- those key combinations in them, and QuicKeys can send the events just fine,
- but Now I'm stuck learning a new more complex (isn't it always?) key
- combination for zipping to the beginning and end of lines. Anyone know what
- it is that's swallowing these keystrokes and if there's a way to disable it?
-
- Thanks in advance.
