  18. mac.archive.umich.edu is *ALWAYS* happy to receive submissions!  The best way
  19. (as far as we're concerned) for you to get us files is to binhex them, add
  20. a suitably descriptive header, and ftp-put them into our /mac/incoming 
  21. directory.  If you want to submit something but you don't have ftp access,
  22. you can mail it to submissions@mac.archive.umich.edu
