- The icons on my desktop are shown as generic document icons. Every now
- and then an icon will be shown in it's original (correct creator) form.
- This happens randomly, every time I reboot. It also primarily happens to
- TEXT files. My hard drive icons are fine, however.
- I'm running DeskPict, but I've got two monitors and this problem occurs
- on both. Anyway, I don't think DeskPIct would cause that.
- I'm also running NowUtils 4.0.1. Is there something with its
- substitutions that screws up the way Finder looks at icons and filetypes?
