- What you should do is try to copy the files out of the folder where
- there was a problem (onto a floppy or removable cartridge), make sure
- everything else is backed up, and check your Silverlining manual for
- "How to map out a bad sector." (Hint: There's a button in the 'check'
- dialog which says "Map out sector".) I wouldn't worry too much about
- it; I got about 3 bad sectors on my 'new' hard drive when I bought it.
- (Since it was a 1Gb drive, I figured they were entitled to a few...)
