  11. The Quicktime Starter Kit contains a program called MovieConverter
  12. that can quite handily convert PICTs, GIFFs, or what have you into a
  13. mooV.

  15. It's a really keen app, and no, I'm not biased at all by knowing the
  16. programmer.

  18. Yes, you have to pay for it, but you get a "free" CD of movies to play
  19. with, too.
