- The next few years? Next year will be interesting enough. Someone
- from Silicon Graphics told me that by the end of next year they will have
- a $5000 machine that's _faster_ than any uniprocessor machine they
- currently make. By that time, we should also have a pretty good idea
- whether DEC and IBM will survive and of course how the Apple/IBM joint
- ventures are going to do.
