- If you're looking at the RasterOps Paintboard LI, be sure to also check out
- the Radius PrecisionColor 24Xk. The PC-24Xk supports 1, 4, 8, 16, and 24
- bit modes, at 640x480 (VGA), 640x480 (Apple 13"), 800x600 (72 Hz SVGA),
- 832x624 (Apple 16"), 1024x768 (60 Hz) and 1024x768 (75 Hz). It also has
- on-board QuickDraw acceleration, and if you have a multiple frequency
- display, you can switch resolutions on-the-fly without restarting. Also,
- from what I've seen, at least in the mail order ads, the PC-24Xk generally
- sells for a little less than the PBLI, although I believe they both retail
- for $995. :-)
