  15. lawyers and the courts. The best cure for anything is to prevent it in the
  16. first place.

  18. I posted a suggestion that a BBBBB (Bulletin Board Better Business Bureau)
  19. could list the bad guys to stay away from. Measured by the underwhelming
  20. response, the suggestion was as flyable as a lead balloon.
