- Hi,
-
- I have a 15" portrait display with the portrait display video card. The
- card can only drive the display to 4 levels of gray. The IIci built-in
- video can drive the display to 16 levels of gray. (I have a color monitor
- on the built-in video). I've noticed that there are a set of sockets that
- look like they're for additional VRAM. Does anybody know if the portrait
- display card will take advantage any extra VRAM present and provide more
- levels or gray?
-
- Cheers, Eric
