- This may or may not be the place to ask this question, but here
- goes. Where can one get a good implementation of SLIP for the Mac. I
- have a Mac IIfx at home and I'd like to set it up with AU/X, or at least
- Mac X. We've got a couple of really nice Telebit modems at the office
- and I'd like to have IP for telnet and ftp. I realize that it's not
- a perfect solution, but it would make a nice learning tool.
-
- Also, what's a "minimal" config for an AU/X machine. ie: Works
- WELL, not just satisfactory. I figure the IIfx is enough machine
- provided I have enough RAM (at least 20megs). How much HD is
- adequate (I have 400+ MB at work).
-
- Any Info on these topics would be GREATLY appreciated. I had my home
- machine at work for three months and I'm getting it back FINALLY.
-
- Thanks in advance, and I'll repost any really interesting answers:^)

- Later...
