  15. have you tried sending a letter or phone call to the local magistrate (
  16. IE: district attorny) or generally try to contact the Kansas beareau of 
  17. business and check out what they have in the means of fraud.  I am from
  18. wichita and know that there exists several consumer safety groups 
  19. (Ralph Nader types) who could put you in touch with the right procedure
  20. for this type of fraud.  Be sure to document any and all interaction with
  21. the individual and with Ikegami in order to make a proper claim.  If it isn't
  22. too far away (and even if it is, your'e talking about a lot of money here)
  23. you should have a pretty airtight case in a small claims court.
