- have you tried sending a letter or phone call to the local magistrate (
- IE: district attorny) or generally try to contact the Kansas beareau of
- business and check out what they have in the means of fraud. I am from
- wichita and know that there exists several consumer safety groups
- (Ralph Nader types) who could put you in touch with the right procedure
- for this type of fraud. Be sure to document any and all interaction with
- the individual and with Ikegami in order to make a proper claim. If it isn't
- too far away (and even if it is, your'e talking about a lot of money here)
- you should have a pretty airtight case in a small claims court.
