- I am looking at the two page Apple ad for the vx. To quote "to take full
- advantage of the STEREO-OUT sound capabilites, plug in your own pair of
- self-powered speakers - and get the most out of ththis great multimedia
- Macintosh."

- I have no problem with not being able to get at the digital stream (for
- software manipulation) coming from the CD (audio or CD ROM), but I sure would
- expect the sound to play stereo. Anyone out there have a vx that can confirm
- what is really in the beast?
