  13. The college newspaper at my alma mater has a Mac SE (4/50) with
  14. a Radius Accelerator 16 and Two-Page Display installed.  Tonight
  15. I was attempting to update their disk with System 7 with a singular
  16. lack of success.  The installation went well, but booting only got
  17. as far as the "Welcome to Macintosh" message before the system froze.

  19. The effects are the same with and without extensions, and with the
  20. accelerator on and off.  The Radius software might be the problem - the
  21. board is c. '89, and the software isn't much newer.
