  21. You need a Torx screwdrive (T-15) to open up the Classic II.  I have a
  22. Sears magnetic screwdriver kit that came with an extension bar that
  23. allowed me to take out the recessed screws.  Unfortunately, they don't
  24. sell this particular kit anymore, and you are in England.

  26. Let's pretend that you managed to take out the 4 screws.  You will find
  27. that the bottom of the case opens easily, but the top does not.  Many
  28. places sell these "case crackers", which are nothing more than a fancy
  29. pair of spreaders.  I found that a large bladed screwdriver, gingerly
  30. used in strategic places, would spread open the top of the case without
  31. damaging it.

  33. After you take the screws out, place the computer SCREEN DOWN on a nice
  34. soft surface.  Once you have "cracked" the top of the case, just pull
  35. the back of the case up (and off).  Voila!
