- In the Mac Plus, you must remove two resistors (if both are present). One is
- labelled 256 KBIT and the other is labelled ONE ROW. If you're viewing the
- board from above with the ports to the rear, the resistors are on the left
- edge of the board about 2/3 towards the back.

- Upgrading the SE depends on how old it is. The original used two resistors,
- labelled "256 KBIT" and "ONE ROW" as in the Plus. The newer variety requires
- the removal of a jumper. Move the jumper from shorting the pins labelled 1M
- to shorting the pins labelled 2/4M.

- Both these upgrades shrink the video display slightly, which can be adjusted.
- The IIsi should recognize 2MB SIMMs. A friend of mine recently upgraded to 9MB.
