  34. I would guess that the problem is the SCSI ID. An internal drive is always
  35. set to ID=0 by the system. If you put this drive into an external case
  36. without correctly connecting the SCSI selector it will still have ID=0. Does
  37. your external box have a SCSI ID selector at the back of the case and is it
  38. correctly connected ?
