    Here's the problem. I got an internal Apple HD SC 20. The drive works
fine when I use it in my LCII, so I know that the formatting isn't a problem.
The trouble comes when I try to put it in an old external case that used to
house a 5 1/4 in hard drive. The power and SCSI connections seem to match and
the wires are all continuous, but when I put the 3 1/2 drive into the case and
try to get the whole thing to work, it won't. SCSI Probe won't find any devices
connected to the bus and reports SCSI Bus unterminated even though I have a
terminator on the unused SCSI plug of the external case.
    Any suggestions on what to check or try next would be appreciated via
e-mail, rather than posts. Especially, I'm interested in how to change the SCSI
address on the drive. I suspect that it involves changing the jumpers on the
controller board, but I'm not certain.
