- After many, many years, the battery on my archaic Mac SE seems to finally
- be dead. Actually, since I don't use it very much, it may have died
- a year ago. But now I'm pressing it into service as a QuickMail server,
- and, although I usually just leave it on all the time, when I do shut
- it down, I need to immediately set the time, etc.

- The battery appears to be soldered on to the motherboard. Does anyone
- know a source for replacement, and whether I can avoid some work with
- the soldering iron?
