  13.     I just received my IIvx, and I don't understand what you are all 
  14. talking about when you say it's "fugly." Granted, I really dislike the 
  15. way the case opens (sliding off the front, rather than standard Mac lid),
  16. but I rather like the profile it cuts. I have the 5/80CD, and the bays of 
  17. the SuperDrive and CDROM look cool. 
  18.     Apple, not everyone hates the look, but I agree that the feel sucks.

  20.     I have to admit to some aggravation at the release of the Centris 
  21. 650 just three months after the IIvx comes out. In retrospect, I think the 
  22. point should have been made that the IIvx is a IIsi-upgrade, and that the
  23. Centris 650 will replace the IIci. 
  24.     The bottom line is 'caveat fuckin' emptor.'  I'm not about to tell 
  25. Apple to stop releasing new machines, but I'm disappointed that this one 
  26. turned out the way it did. 
  27.     I can only hope that the Centris is more expensive than I paid for 
  28. my IIvx.
