  17. I hadn't thought about the RAM that was soldered into the motherboard. You
  18. also mentioned a good point. Apple could have changed the speed of installed
  19. simms at some point. Maybe when they went from 2/40 to 3/40. Anyway, I'd be
  20. interested in knowing how many people have tried the upgrade and bought their
  21. IIsi when it was first released. I bought mine during the first week they were
  22. released. At the time it was the 2/40 config. Anyone done the upgrade within
  23. and bought their machine say during the first month of release?
