- I am borrowing a DayStar 32K ComboCache for my SI for the weekend.
- I have noticed a few differences in performance. I also like the
- idea of having two slots on the card for expansion. The question I have
- is wheither the 64K version is that much better than the 32K version.
- I plan on buying one of the cards, but would like to know the differences,
- if any, in performance.
-
- I also plan on buying a 24-bit video card in the near future. Besides
- get 24-bit color, hopefully this will speed thing up a bit. Anyway, does
- anyone have any experiences, or suggestions on a "good combo" for my ComboCache
- card and video card? Price isn't of major concern, but I'd rather not spend
- $1600 for a video card.
-
- Thanks for your help
