  21. First, a disclaimer: although I work for Adobe, I am only a Photoshop user,
  22. not a programmer, so don't take what I say as gospel.

  24. The normal place for the prefs file (PS prefs) is in the Photoshop Plug-Ins
  25. folder. If you ar having problems, search for *all* copies of this file and
  26. remove them, then fire up Photoshop. A dialog will come up, asking where
  27. the
  28. prefs file is. Change to the Photoshop Plug-Ins directory and choose New.
