  24. The ThinkPad 700 does not have PCMCIA slots, unfortunately.  Those two
  25. slots you saw are probably for the DRAM cards.

  34. IBM is using their SLC chips in a lot of machines.  IBM developed the
  35. design with Intel's blessing.  Note that IBM's 486SLC is a different
  36. design than the Cyrix chip of the same name.  The most notable
  37. difference is the 16K cache in the IBM version vs. the 1K cache in the
  38. Cyrix version.
