  15. Yes and no.  We usually put papers on ftp.cs.cornell.edu in the pub
  16. directory, but the final journal versions are rarely put there --
  17. in general, when we revise something the final time, we also sign
  18. away copyright.  So, if a paper has appeared in print, we strongly
  19. recommend that you consult the printed version, and cite that one.
  20. Keep in mind that reviewers often point to problems that the final
  21. revision corrects, so the differences may be substantial.
