- According to an article in InfoWorld, the Korean mfg's have to
- place $1 in an escrow account for every $1 of RAM the sell (one
- assumes this is $1 wholesale, not retail).
- The final decision is supposed to be made in March, so they
- will either get their money back or forfeit it for tariff.
