- Well, I think Ryan has a good reason for thinking in this way. The program
- has now very nice features but the only one we can be aware is the piano roll
- schemme. Norman, I think you could get more registered users if you let them
- test the whole program with all its features. Of course you can, for example,
- disable the save option, in this way people can test the software in its full
- capacity and if they like it they'll have to register it to be able to save
- their work. It's just an idea, you can figure out another way to do it but
- definitely disabling important features is not the way.
-
- One more thing, in modedit 2.0 there were a part of the screen with the title
- of the song been edited. In 3.0 there's no title or filename and the only way
- to be aware what I've just loaded is to play it or to look for it's title in
- the menu. This is not big deal but just an idea of what to add in the next
- release. Also, I think a metronome (using the pc speaker maybe) could be a
- good help while doing real time recording. Sorry for compare, but I like the
- real time recording in Whacker Tracker but since there's no way how to track
- the tempo/meter it's hard to recording on real time.
-
- BTW, at first glance, i think this program is really good!
