  14. I am undertaking postgraduate study at the School of Library and
  15. Information Management, University of South Australia, Adelaide, on
  16. the particular information needs of telecommuters - those who perform
  17. job-related work at a site away from an organisation and communicate
  18. electronically rather than commuting physically.

  20. I would be very interested in, and would greatly appreciate a response
  21. from those who are telecommuters, to the following questions. If you
  22. are not a telecommuter but know of others who are it would be
  23. appreciated if you could pass this on to them:

  26. Q1      Does the organisation to which you telecommute provide any
  27.         library and information services which are accessible to you
  28.         online? (eg catalogs, reference assistance, databases, literature
  29.         searches, document delivery services, organisation information
  30.         such as daily bulletins and administrative gazettes.)

  34.         (a) What services are provided?
  35.         (b) How useful are these services to you?
