  24. I've used PC-Tools for several years and my rule of thumb is never
  25. install a PC-Tools release that ends in zero if you can help it. Order
  26. the upgrade, and put it on the shelf for a couple of months until the
  27. bug fix release comes out, then install that. Major PC-Tools releases
  28. always has serious bugs, but CPS does fix them, so a bit of patience is
  29. indicated. If you can't wait, try to avoid using major new features,
  30. since they usually have the worst bugs.

  32. Please note that I do buy the upgrades and use them, once they've been
  33. fixed. I'm not trying to trash PC-Tools, since I think it provides good
  34. value for the money.
