  18. Since ATI is reworking their driver to use the 64K memory window normally
  19. occupied by the VGA memory as the "aperture" in the Graphics Ultra Pro, it
  20. will no longer have a problem on an ISA bus machine with 16 Mbytes of RAM.
  21. From a performance perspective, this should deliver very nearly the full
  22. performance of the card, without the memory conflicts a 16 Mbyte ISA bus
  23. machine would otherwise have. Of course, the local bus version of the card
  24. doesn't have these problems....

  26. I'd call them about the driver, and if everything checked out, go with the
  27. ATI card - it's certainly faster.
