  13.   Has anyone successfully been able to hook up an Imagewriter II (Apple)
  14. printer to thier IBM?  How did you do it?  What are the pinouts on the
  15. IBM and Apple end? Does the printer port on the IBM side have a send/GND/
  16. etc which is always the same?
