  25. I perfer credit cards.  It can happen that the delivery seems ok, but
  26. when you install it (or whatever) it doesn't work.  with COD, your
  27. money is long gone.  with a credit card you still have recourse.
  28. I have also had it happen that they forgot to charge me!!
