  21. This is the exact same problems that occur with the DJ500.  According to
  22. a GW person on the Gateway BBS, it was "a problem with the DeskJet driver".
  23. But, it appears that the dot matrix driver has a problem with the FlexDesk
  24. drivers too, so we can essentially eliminate the DJ500 driver as the
  25. problem.

  27. Would you be so kind as to write a note to technical support on the Gateway
  28. BBS, and let them know your problem?  If they get enough complaints about
  29. the FlexDesk driver, perhaps they will get serious and fix them!
