  26. I must have missed the previous thread.  About 3 times a year, I post
  27. in response to somebody asking/griping/whatever about Gateway.

  29. Summary:  Gateway is fine.  Some percentage of people who order from
  30. them will have problems.   Most will probably not.  This is probably
  31. true of any company.  At my previous job I was in charge of about 50
  32. 386 and 486 machines.  The Seagate hard disks sucked, but everything
  33. else was fine.  Where I currently am, there are lots of Gateways.  
  34. (read hundreds).  Some break down every once in a while.  Again, in
  35. my opinion, normal.
